La Costera The idea was born because I am a fan of cooking. I come from a large family of 10 children of which I am the second. My mother needed help so I cooperated. And so the taste for cooking was born in me. I am from Culiacan Sinaloa Mexico. Where we have an extension and variety of traditional food. And in Sinaloa, in addition to the seafood, our specialty is chicken. And for that reason, our main dish is charcoal-grilled chicken. Prepared in the Sinaloa style with spices and high-quality products our charcoal grilled chicken with an exquisitely juicy and seasoned flavor to suit any demanding palate.

Castera Grilled Chicken began in a food truck in 2002. As of 2014, we are located at 9755 E Montview Blvd, Aurora. Where we offer other dishes in addition to the charcoal-grilled chicken.
